  2. Use for updates and status

  3. Use for Cover Yourself

 

Do​

  1. Include only people required to respond to you

  2. Be aware of HIPPA and other restrictions

  3. Get off all the lists that don't the first point 1

  4. Use Task list managers like Trello or One Note

  5. Keep status, updates, etc in shared documents

  6. Leave work each night with an empty In Box
